The apartment is over 60 square meters and is located in a quiet location. The S-Bahn station (S2 Vierkirchen) is 100 meters from the house. There are 2 supermarkets, bakeries, a gas station and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity.

Es besteht aus einem großen Zimmer (ca. 30 qm) mit voll ausgestatteter moderner Küche und Schlafbereich. Zur Erholung nutzen Sie den großen Garten. Mit Bus und Bahn (Fahrten von 7 - 22 Uhr) erreichen Sie München Hbf in ca. 60 Minuten. Der Bus fährt wochentags stündlich, an Wochenend- und Feiertagen nur alle zwei Stunden nach Hilgertshausen.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
