This spacious 1100 sqft unit includes breathtaking views of the San Diego Bay and downtown, a private outdoor deck and is walking distance or a short commute to San Diego's best attractions. Originally constructed in 1928 and has undergone a full restoration which provides modern comfort while maintaining the original style and charm. A chef's kitchen includes all fixings and dine-in peninsula with bay views.

Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.

Quiet one bedroom house located behind the main house. Completely separate and private structure with 720 square feet of newly renovated space. There is fully loaded kitchen has ample space for cooking , the backyard has plenty of room for enjoyment and 3 full parking spacing in the alley access gated driveway. The bedroom has a memory foam queen mattress and sleeps 2, the new couch can sleep another and a queen air mattress in the closet. There is also a full bed folding couch
