Since we decided to go to Graz quite spontaneously, it was great how quickly we were able to book. We would also have had the opportunity to arrive a little earlier and depart a little later. The apartment was as described. The equipment with play materials, sleeping, washing and child safety utensils was truly unique. These many details made the holiday with children easier. The communication worked excellently and was very friendly. The location is wonderful anyway.

We had to do things at the opera and therefore the location was optimal for us. The courtyard is pretty and creates a pleasant atmosphere, a supermarket is just around the corner... The furniture is already a bit used, but I did not find it disturbing - and it should probably soon be replaced a few parts. Three separate bedrooms are ideal for a small group - and the balcony overlooking the Schöckl is also great. The door app, which can be used instead of the key, is also practical. It's all good for me

Beautiful apartment with all the charm From an old house. We enjoyed the quietness and easiness to get to the city center using bus and tram. Very walkable without young kids too. Host was very responsive and professional when needed. The only watch out for parents with young kids is the oven/hob where it’s very easy for toddler to switch it on and off so we kept a close eye in our little explorer.

We had a really comfortable stay for a few days. Apart from the initial surprise of the shared entrance, the apartment is comfortable, very nicely decorated, and has good amenities. There is a very nice parking place, lovely neighbourhood, good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. I would come back.

The apartment is perfect for things to do in Graz. Walking to the old town is no problem and if you are a bit on foot, you can take the tram, which stops right in front of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are a good size and the balcony invites you to linger. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back again.

Airbnb, how it can't be better! Very accommodating landlord, for whom my changed dates was no problem. Cuddly warm, cozy, small apartment in a beautiful house. It has a nice terrace where I could enjoy the sun for a relaxing morning between my appointments. An ideal place for dog owners, you can take long walks in nature right from the front door. If I have to travel to Graz again, I would like to rent the well-equipped apartment again!
