The house was spacious, clean, and beautiful. A nice place for our family and friends to stay and enjoy the beach. Tons of space and things included to consider their guests such as toys, beach chairs, wagons, and more! I’d recommend it to any one. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. The Lakefront Carriage House is beautifully situated on a private lake in a residential neighborhood right between Savannah and Tybee, making it the perfect home-away-from-home for enjoying the area. We appreciated the bright, modernist decor, and the host was very friendly and responsive. I wish the gas tank for the fire pit was full, and I would definitely recommend bringing bug spray, but overall we loved our stay and can't wait to return!

We had an amazing stay at this beach bungalow in Hilton Head! The home was beautifully decorated with coastal charm and calming colors that made it feel like a true retreat. The beach gear room was a huge bonus—everything we needed was already there. The patio was one of our favorite spots to relax, especially in the evenings, watching birds and the alligator in the lagoon made it feel like our own little nature show. Our host was absolutely top-notch—super friendly, responsive within minutes, and communicated on a personal level (not just copy-and-paste messages). We had a very minor issue during our stay, and he had it resolved right away. Would absolutely recommend—10/10! Even my husband, who’s usually not a beach fan, said we’re coming back. Can’t wait!

Jonathan's property was one of our very best experiences with Airbnb. From the moment we arrived the property felt like home due to the attention to detail and the amenities provided made our stay very special. Jonathan was a GREAT Host and we appreciated his thoughtful communications leading up to our arrival. Sea Pines Plantation is very special due to the many activities found within the community. Nice neighborhood and house was in excellent condition, very comfortable stay.

We will be returning!! The location was great and we loved how easy it was to add on things like bikes or extra bike passes through our booking rather than contacting companies ourselves. They were super responsive! Help videos for everything was super useful! The house was super clean and just as described! They even had dog treats since they knew our dogs were tagging along. Super kind and respectful hosts! My mom kept commenting that when we come back to HHI (which is often) we will only be booking with Linda and Jay!

We loved staying here for our family vacation! It was our first trip with our 1 year old and was perfect for our family! We’d sit on the screened in back porch and watch the horses walk by or we’d walk across the street to go see the animals at the petting zoo! We took many walks through the community gardens and bike rides through the nearby forest preserve! Such a fantastic location and amenities! We will definitely come back to stay here again!

Will definitely be back! Short walk to the beach and pool. We took our 2 children that are both under the age of 2 and it was perfect for kids! Awesome kid pool and playground. Great stay!

I was impressed with all of the little thoughtful things that the place had. Like extension cord bedside, plenty of hooks for towels in bedrooms and bathroom, etc, mirror in bedroom and other things. The restaurant recommendations were really helpful as was the thorough info to find the condo. Location was perfect!!! Quiet and peaceful, small but mighty condo. Completely renovated and super super clean. I will stay again for sure.

Great location. Wonderful host. Super clean. What stood out about the condo is that it had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in while on vacation. Great view of the ocean.

This place suited ALL our purposes: within ten minutes of our targeted locations, places to eat and services close, all appliances worked, beds were comfortable, sufficient quality linens and paper products, and a super responsive host! Kitchen had sufficient quality items (nice mugs! sharp knives!) and was spotless. Parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The published description was EXACTLY what we experienced. The community is super cute and quiet. The space was perfect size for my boyfriend and I. The beach was a five minute walk from us, and we loved every minute of the ocean. Local grocery stores and restaurants are very close too which made everything easier.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone! We loved the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The swing bed on the porch is fabulous! I could have stayed there the whole time. It is such an easy trip to the beach with the golf cart.

Absolutely amazing host. So accommodating, helpful, and kind. The house was comfortable, had perfect natural lighting and views, and a perfect location to get to anything and everything on the island. Will be returning again in the future.

This place was built with the river and sunset in mind! The angle of the house is perfectly set to see the river flow from one end to the other! Two sides of the house has large glass windows where you have a picturesque view from the house and loft. The house smelt and looked squeaky clean inside. The decor was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. The house is small but very functional for it’s purpose. We felt right at home and comfortable. There were fresh eggs and butter in the refrigerator for breakfast and bread and coffee cake in the freezer which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. The kitchen and bathroom was stocked with essentials too. We were just passing through town and hoped for a relaxing place to stay. We were not disappointed! Wish we could have stayed longer! Maybe next time.
