It's an extremely good house and neighborhood. It was very peaceful and quiet. Transportation is very easy. The extra bed was a little uncomfortable, the shower area was a little troublesome due to the roof structure, but it was a very clean house. There was everything that was promised. We were quite satisfied.

We were extremely satisfied with our small hiking group in Oliver's house over the 1st May weekend and with our choice. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there is enough space to enjoy some undisturbed tranquility. In addition to the roles of spending time in the house (sauna, pool, garden), you can also reach many great hiking routes right outside the front door or from the nearby train station. There are also shops in the nearby area, as well as the opportunity to stop. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation and will certainly knock on Oliver's door again if we come back to the area.

We stayed with 3 kids at Sebastian's place and had a wonderful time. Lovely private garden with bbq. The place was very clean and had all amenities to cook for our little family. Good communication with host. The place is ideally located to visit both the fichtel mountains and franconian Switzerland. I would definitely recommend this place for families.
