Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Schloss Adelsberg - Vogthaus

Gegenüber vom Schloss Adophsbühl steht das Vogthaus. Es besteht aus 4 einzelnen Wohnungen mit insgesamt 5 Zimmern, die auch einzeln gemietet werden können. Alle Räume sind hell, freundlich und frisch renoviert. Von den Zimmern hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Turm, Hof und Schloss. Die Tische im Hof laden im Sommer zum Entspannen oder zu einem idylischen Frühstück im Grünen ein. Für die Kleinen gibt es einen Sandkasten. Das Ensemble liegt im Herzen der Urlaubsregion Main-Spessart.

Das renovierte Fachwerkhaus liegt im Maintal am Ortsrand von Retzbach, am Fuße der Benediktushöhe. Von hier aus können Sie Rad- und Wandertouren im Retztal oder in den Weinbergen unternehmen. Würzburg ist in 12 Minuten per Bahn erreichbar und bietet zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten und kulinarische Angebote. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. In 300 Metern Entfernung liegt die Wallfahrtskirche „Maria im grünen Tal“ mit dem Marienbrünnlein und einem Gesundheitsgarten.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our very well-maintained apartment, which is located on the main road, is only 250 meters from the Main-Rad-Weg [Main-Rad-Weg]. The apartment is on the first floor and has a fridge without freezer, double stovetop, double bed (not separable), underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink, as well as towels, bed linens, coffee pod machine and dishes. You'll stay with a wine-growing family with a wine bar.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.

Treat yourself to a few relaxing days in our small holiday oasis right on the edge of the forest. Our 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is almost accessible. The bedroom offers a cozy 140 bed as well as an equally wide fold-out sofa bed if needed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Apartment is located right on the edge of the forest - ideal for relaxing walks to Karlsburg or Karlstadter city center.

Welcome to our modern and quiet apartment. The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, bike tourists or professional commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.

With about 50 square meters of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for max. 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and vacationers.
