Sleeps 6, 2bdr upstairs and Queen Sofa Bed downstairs. Private lake access is located 1/2 mile walk across Route 365. Kayaks & Pedal Boat included. Public boat launch is 1 mile down the Rd.

Cozy Cabin

Cabin on the West Canada Creek in the town of Newport NY. Totally private without neighbors. The bathroom is located in a separate cabin. There is no shower. Smoking outside only. This is camping with luxury, but it is still just a cabin on the river 3/8 mile off road. There are beds but due to Covid bedding is not provided potable water will be provided. Two burner gas cook top inside cabin for making coffee it is ok for warming but not really set up for cooking. No pots or pans.
