The apartment is about 90 square meters and is barrier-free. You can relax on the large terrace or in the sauna. The apartment offers a spacious living-dining kitchen with TV, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer (1 with toilet), 1 extra toilet. 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them with TV). In addition, a sofa bed would be available so that 6-8 people can be accommodated.

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Our Glückhoch2 is easy to finde! There is only one main intersection in Hochfilzen. Turn there – you will immediately see Glückhoch² on the left-hand side. Wood cladding on the upper floor, stone and plaster below, a large carport – hard to miss! Parking: Simply choose a suitable spot under the carport or in the parking area. Each apartment has one covered parking space and one regular parking space available.
