Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The cozy chalet is perfect for families with children or just to enjoy the peace and quiet as a couple. In the chalet there is a double bed and in the attic a mass of mattresses. You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. If you feel like barbecuing, you can buy our own organic beef products and other regional products.

Small natural house on the lake

Located near the town of Lierna, the natural house is a cottage framed in a flowery garden directly overlooking the lake. You can sunbathe, swim in the clear waters of the lake and relax in the small private sauna. It will be amazing to have dinner on the lake at sunset after a swim or a sauna. La nostra casa nel bosco è un'edificio tipico in muratura ristrutturato nella primavera 2019. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità immersa nella natura ideale, per famiglie o coppie in cerca di relax e romantica intimità. Vista sulle montagne della Valchiavenna, con ampi prati ad uso giardino. Ciclabile a pochi metri, possibilità di numerose escursioni, 10 minuti da Chiavenna, 30 minuti dal Lago di Como e dalla Ski Area Valchiavenna.

Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.
