I really enjoy the time in Michaela's apartment! The apartment is great and really leaves nothing to be desired. It is also super suitable for longer stays. The location with perfect access to Kufstein and Munich, the beautiful view of the mountains, the loving high-quality furnishings and of course Michaela's warmth make it a wonderful home away from home! Highly recommended :)

The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible - exactly as you would like it. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate - a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. We felt totally comfortable and would love to come back anytime. Thank you for the great time!

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The surrounding area is also ideal for hiking and exploring - a great starting point for excursions. We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. The house is impeccably clean, thoughtfully organized, and offers a top-tier level of comfort that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Our host was exceptionally friendly and generous, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We are extremely grateful and would love to come back!

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

We had a lovely weekend at Martina's apartment. Everything was great, apartment beautiful and very clean - everything you need is there. Contact with Martina was possible at any time and very friendly. Check-in worked perfectly.

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

We were very excited about the place. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and description. Everything was available for the stay, incl. Tabs, detergent, hand soap, etc. The area is quiet and the Piccolo restaurant opposite offers good food, which you can also pick up. All in all, highly recommended 👍🏻

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.
