The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

The old town, the Kaiserlift, a free ski shuttle (in winter) are also within walking distance. The apartment offers cozy comfort: eat on the balcony, relax in the garden, take a nap in the hammock, grill while the child plays in the sandbox, height-adjustable workspace, or a Netflix movie with a bad bet? Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
