A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

Zack is a great guy. Very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is superbly located, you can easily reach Ramsau and Mayrhofen on foot from there. We will be back!

The space was very beautiful, modern and clean. Very comfortable and quiet, in a beautiful region. After spending the day out, there's nothing better than arriving at a place like this, I recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as described in the photos and very well maintained. Everything that was provided was in extremely good condition (towels, linens, kitchen).

The place is really very nice! I had totally overlooked the infrared sauna in the description and was then of course pleasantly surprised. The parking space is covered and has an adjoining storage room, in our case great for the bikes! The apartment is well laid out and has a larger terrace including many seating options and an electric grill. Elisabeth was super friendly and gave us a pack of one of her own chickens as a welcome gift. The accommodation is quite high, so we actually always go by car. We had a really nice week and enjoyed the view from the terrace very much!

Georg and family were very friendly and helpful - supper kind and accommodating of our small son. Great spot for getting to the glacier for skiing, would highly recommend.

My partner and I spent a week at Diane's place and it was wonderful. The space was perfect for us with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and a beautiful terrace to sit out in the sun and look at the mountains. Everything was just as described. Diane was on hand to offer local guidance, a friendly chat or provide anything we needed but we still very much had our own space and the room felt very private and peaceful. The town centre is within easy walking distance (as long as you can manage a short but steep hill) and we had some lovely walks down by the river and along to local cafes when we weren't taking advantage of the excellent local skiing in the valley. All in all I couldn't recommend Diane's place more as a jumping off place to explore this valley as everything was nearby, the space was lovely and she was an excellent host. You won't be disappointed.

The best accommodation in the area, clean

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was incredible with gorgeous views. Looking out the big windows was a favorite pastime for all of us. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The play area in the basement was amazing for our kids. The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything. A highlight for us was eating local products from the little self-serve farm shop close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The place was absolutely wonderful! It was peaceful and the surrounding views are spectacular. Our kids had lots of fun with the animals. Christian was always around and gave us many good recommendations to do in the area. We did some hiking, some driving and it was a good base to discover the Dolomites.

Christoph’s place was extremely clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. The views of the mountains were beautiful. Easy to walk to bus and hiking. We drive into Innsbruck easily. Supermarket about 5-7 min by car.Christoph was very friendly and gave us nice tips on things to do in the city. Highly recommend!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We were at the forest chalet with our dog. The accommodation was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Great food, good drinks in the main building. Soothing massages (not cheap) and a nice spa. Our accommodation was quiet and exclusive, we would love to come back.
