In the cozy living room with panoramic windows, large fireplace and open kitchen, you can leave everyday life behind and relax. In addition to the bedroom (double bed) with a spacious shower room, optionally one more person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (living room). A sunny terrace provides a further feel-good atmosphere.

From the quiet residential area you can walk to the lake in 10 minutes, to the train station in 15 minutes and can therefore be ideally used as a starting point for any activities (e.g. with the Hochschwarzwald Card). The High Black Forest Card is included.

The 40 sqm apartment is located in the basement in our 2018 newly built Black Forest house. The house is in a new development area directly on the edge of the forest and near the Hinterzartner Hochmoor. The location is quiet yet central. Within walking distance you can reach the town center with restaurants, cafés, shopping and the train station (800 m)

Idyllisch und ruhig gelegen: das Panoramastudio. Dennoch nur 900m zum Bahnhof. Ein Wohlfühlort für zwei. Warmes Holz und schlichtes Weiß bestimmen den Raum. Der Blick zur Kesslerhöhe bringt den Schwarzwald herein. Für kuschelige Winterabende kannst Du den Kamin anheizen. Zum Relaxen lädt ein Sofa vor dem Kamin ein. Außerdem lässt sich das Sofa mit einem Griff in ein komfortables Bett verwandeln. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung schlicht und zweckmäßig.

You drive about 5 minutes by car to the Titisee bathing paradise, as well as to the 18-hole golf course.
