In the cozy living room with panoramic windows, large fireplace and open kitchen, you can leave everyday life behind and relax. In addition to the bedroom (double bed) with a spacious shower room, optionally one more person can be accommodated on the sofa bed (living room). A sunny terrace provides a further feel-good atmosphere.

Apartment in a 250-year-old farmhouse at an altitude of around 1,100 meters with a spacious terrace, garden and sauna. It extends over (the upper) three floors and has around 80 m2. In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

In addition, the sofa can be transformed into a comfortable bed with a handle. Otherwise, the furnishings are simple and functional.

The 40 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our newly built Black Forest house in 2018. The house is located in a new development area directly on the edge of the forest and near the Hinterzartner Hochmoor. The location is quiet yet central. After a few minutes' walk, you will reach the town center with restaurants, cafes, shopping and the train station (800m)
