I loved everything about this place. It’s beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The location is perfect between the port and the busier area with all the restaurants, shops and markets. The view is lovely and the patio quite private. The host is really lovely, Maria dropped me at the port in Rhodes, sent me many recommendations for Siymi and Rhodes, and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing. I just feel like going back to Symi :)

This apartment is a great place to stay in Rhodes! Close to the old town with lots to do and many restaurants around. Manolis was a great host and helped me with all of my questions, the place was very clean and nice to stay in. Thanks for everything I hope to return again one day!

We had an amazing experience staying at Foteini's apartment in Rhodes! Foteini was an incredibly helpful and kind host – always available and ready to assist with anything we needed. She truly made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment was perfect – tidy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we could need for a great stay. The location is ideal, in a quiet area just outside the tourist center, yet still only a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. We loved the proximity to a peaceful beach where there were always available sunbeds at a good price, as well as nearby access to a supermarket, kiosk, pizzeria, and pharmacy. Staying in an area with more locals gave the whole experience an authentic and relaxing feel. If we ever come back to Rhodes, we will definitely check the availability of this or any other apartment Foteini and her family rent out. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay in Alfesou Suites - the hosts were welcoming, helpful and very responsive! The BnB was gorgeous - very spacious, lovely features - and the pool was the perfect temp! We enjoyed local foods at the many restaurants available at your doorstep - one even offered plate smashing wish was a reel Greek experience I will never forget!! Would defiantly recommend this place to anybody staying in Rhodes. I will miss it!

Lovely apartment, the stand out is the view from the balcony of the sea. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It is 10 minutes in a taxi to the old town ( 8-10 euros) or the bus stop is near ( 2 euros) it is about a 15-20 minute walk either way to supermarkets and restaurants or larger beaches with sun-beds The beaches are pebbly so beach shoes recommended. We swam in the sea opposite the apartment, it can be rough if windy. Overall a fantastic apartment, host and island, there can be a smell over the road but it didn’t affect us much, helpful when directing taxi drivers back to the apartment. Had a fab holiday.

We enjoyed it very much, everything was as shown in the photos. The host always responded quickly and was also able to speak very good English when we arrived, he also told us directly what there is in the area. And he also sent me a lot of links where you can eat well or great bars as well as activities. We felt very comfortable. And was provided water/beer/wine/soft drinks and a bit of fruit. (Free)

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful but accessible part of the old town. The apartment was well equipped, large, extremely comfortable bed and an outside area which was shaded from the hot sun for many parts of the day. Michael was such a responsive and helpful host. He met us despite a late arriving flight and he arranged a port transfer for us on leaving. The perfect host and a perfect place for exploring the old town

We had a wonderful stay at the Apartment. Even with two babies, there was enough Space to feel comfortable, Play and enjoy our time. The Apartment was super clean and had Everything you could Dream of. We loved Everything about it - especially the terrace!!!

Recomnendation. Book Simi travel bus tour to Panormitus in advance, which costing 10 Euro as of 2025, June. Then, you can jump the tour bus from the ferry port directly without 10 min walk to the port town. Panormitis is a must-go-see where you see a beatiful small town with the contrast of THE cobalt blue sea and light yellow town collor. About location and stay. Nice friendly owner and easy to get there. There is only one route of the public bus - so-called 'Mini bus' that is bound for Pedi beach. The bus station is located in front of the port town from 10 min walk distance on your left. This site is just next to the first bus stop of the mini bus. Don't go around the port town to find this site, just get on the (yellow) mini bus, and get off at the first stop.

Perfect and very well-equipped apartment, ideal location in the heart of the city and close to everything. Perfect communication and what is rare of double sheets and towels, very well-equipped kitchen. Very nice small balcony

A great little apartment walkable to everything. Very clean and just as described. You can walk to the beach and the old town easily within 10 minutes and not short of places to go in the surrounding area. Comfy bed, not too noisy. Perfect for a couple. The hosts were very friendly and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rhodes.

Kemal is a fantastic host — very friendly and quick to respond to messages. We had a small issue when we arrived, but he resolved it within 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. The location of the apartments is excellent. They’re in a quiet, peaceful area where we didn’t hear any noise at all, yet everything is within easy reach. It’s about a 10minute walk to Blue Port and the beach, and also around 10 minutes to Armutalan, where you’ll find plenty of bars and nightlife. I’ve already booked to stay here again this summer, and I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice and clean Apartment with a beautiful view on the ocean ! Super market, pharmacy and bakery are within 5min walking distance. Car is definitely recommended as the buses in this area are not reliable at all .. On the other Hand we can confirm that the Main Taxi Service of Rhodos is super organized and fast, even for non Greek speakers :) Many thanks to the FlyViewFlats Team, Thanos and Tasos are doing a Great Job and are always there to help. Stayed at Casa Del Sol whilst on a long weekend in Rhodes. The accommodation is very beautiful, clean and conveniently located just outside the old town. Sebastian, the care taker is very responsive and went out of his way to provide everything and make us feel like at home. Manolis, the owner was also very friendly and happy to assist. We also had the jacuzzi outside of the room which made the vacation now special. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a great place to stay and value for money in a restored property with character.

Great place to base ourselves to be able to explore Rhodes. We were here in off season so lots of local places were closed. Loved the house and jacuzzi.

This place is a gem! We absolutely loved our time in Faliraki and this apartment. A big thank you to the host and her family for making us feel so welcome. We traveled with our 13 month old girl and this place was absolutely perfect. If you have a young family like we do I can’t think of a better place to stay than this. Incredible!
