Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026. Price by agreement.

Bright apartment in new house(2018), a bedroom, bathroom with shower and washing machine! Kitchenette to cook! Living room with sofa, table and chair, double bed and large closet in bedroom. Sofa bed and possibility of additional mattress. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen. Kid-friendly apartment and outdoor areas. Possibility to borrow baby bed. Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Here you live in a quiet environment with a short distance to both the archipelago, the city, swimming areas and nature. Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The apartment is a part of the 1floor of existing residential house with its own entrance and parking. The apartment is new, bright and pleasant. It consists of a bedroom with two beds, private bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. There is also a separate secluded outdoor space with a dining area. The sofa bed is 200x150 and is suitable for 2 children, for example. The area is quiet and child-friendly. We also have two new sea kayaks to hire. Wifi in the apartment.

The living room offers a sofa bed with soft toppers and a double sleeping alcove ( 75x165 cm). 55" smart TV with Chromecast. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Let us know if anything is missing.

The Appartment is located at a cozy marina, with nice view of the marina and all the boats passing by during summer season. Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

The apartment is located in the basement of a residential building by the sea in Arendal. The apartment is newly renovated with new kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
