The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening one can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a loft with four good mattresses. In addition, a toddler bed. Outside, a large terrace awaits where you can enjoy the stunning views. The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with sea view and private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to shop and bus. The bus goes about every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2 km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

In the living room, there is both a seating area and a dining area. There is an option to add a cot if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Access to bathing/the seashore can be arranged with the host.
