On the west coast of Tjörn, you will find this two-story house with proximity to saltwater swimming. The house is next to our house. Upstairs: a double bed, sofa bed, single bed and a junior bed. Bed linens and towels are not included. Downstairs, a double bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV. Tjörn has many sights and beautiful small islands to visit. The house is close to a well-stocked grocery store with, among other things, a fish shop, as well as a pharmacy, STC and health center. It is 50 kilometers to Gothenburg where you can also take the bus. Welcome!

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

Situated in a quiet, rural area, it is close to the sea, a grocery store, and great swimming spots. Guests have access to a large garden with a private patio and a barbecue. Worth noting: There are animals on the property, and children live in the building. As it is an older house, footsteps from the floor above may be audible.
