We had a great time at Angelo’s place. The table tennis and kids toys helped to keep the kids busy. Beautiful 10 min walk to the beach and 10 mins drive to everything. Quiet and peaceful at night. Thankyou for having us!

Rumour has it that the first ever rainbow sprouted from this house. A must see/stay for any little girls or anyone who loves rainbows and bright colours everywhere. Mykey has spared no effort and left no part un-coloured. Positioned in a great location with most things being with in a 5-10 minute drive whilst also being located in a quite street away from the hustle and bustle.

Amelia’s space was so beautiful and felt very homey. It was spotless and felt very clean and well maintained. Super close to the beach, cafes and hot springs but at the same time felt very quiet, peaceful and private. Amelia and her co host were very responsive and fast to reply to any questions we had before as well as during our stay. Such a gorgeous place to stay for a nice getaway ☺️

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. Place was great! Excellent for kids! We loved the games room it was a real hit! Place was very clean and easy to find. Kasia was flexible with check in and always responded to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend to stay, especially if you have kids.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Jane is a very nice and friendly host. The place was off the main road, but not difficult to locate using GPS. Location was okay to get to most places. Checking in and out was easy as the keys could easily be retrieved outside the house. House was cold, 2 queen beds came with heated blanket. The main toilet was ok but the light for the 2nd toilet gave off a noisy sound when the light was switched on. The garage had a table tennis table and some games. Overall, the place was good for us a family of 5.

This accommodation is a gem! It’s incredibly cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home. Host Janette is outstanding—friendly, quick to respond, and always supportive. The place is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable, and the sea view is breathtaking, especially during sunset. It’s the perfect, relaxing spot to unwind. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay!

Great location close to Hot Springs and a short drive to restaurants and cafes . Great value for money with a lovely view over the tree tops from the balcony ! Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and the bath robes provided for the Hot Springs were a very thoughtful idea . We would definitely stay again !

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

This place was perfect for what we needed! It was a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It accommodated my family, was clean and safe, and Holly was always very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.
