Everything was perfect with Diane, very friendly, helpful, nice, we felt very comfortable there. Great view and very quiet. Many walking activities such as swimming, walking along the river, etc. The local train with connections to the neighboring villages was also within walking distance. We'd love to come back. This place is really a hidden gem close to Mayrhofen, HinterTux and so many beautiful places in the Zillertal valley. It was really relaxing, beautiful and calm. We wish to come here once again.

The apartment is very stylishly furnished and everything your heart desires is available. The location is excellent, you receive detailed instructions on how to get there before arrival and can easily find the assigned underground parking space. The apartment is exceptionally clean, we were proactively asked for fresh towels after 3 days. Highly recommend we would book the place again anytime.

Hermann and Thekla are very friendly and open hosts who also live in the house and are therefore always available. The apartment was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Wonderful view of the valley from the large balcony. Very quiet location, an idyllic place to unwind and relax. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This place is so beautiful. easy parking. beautiful views from the room itself and close to a lot of eateries. we wanted to extend our stay here just for the place but we had a tight schedule. Angelika was very responsive and friendly.

The stay was very nice and the communication with the host was great. Every morning you could order a small breakfast basket. Gladly again!

Gerda's place is special. The apartment is well equipped and we loved especially the little farm she has. Our little girl enjoyed the place very much. the location is great as well and is easy to reach by car the attractions in the Valley. Thank you Gerda for being such a nice host!

I was with my boyfriend and our child for a week in this wonderful accommodation with this great family. Everything was as described and pictured in the photos. The apartment was even much larger than we expected. We were able to visit the animals on the farm every day, which was really great and made the holiday something special. By car, you can quickly reach the nearest supermarket and numerous opportunities to do something. Absolutely recommended from our point of view. Thanks for the hospitality!

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help and advise. You can just tell that they are dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

This was a perfect apartment, exactly as described, spotlessly clean and conveniently situated. The on site parking and the sunny outdoor space was particularly appreciated. It’s easy to get to Innsbruck, Achensee or further afield. We loved it and hope to return soon.

We were already guests at Alexandra's in 2022. Even then, we were super happy with the place. This time, too, we didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend the apartment for couples for skiing!

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Our stay was perfect, the apartment is great, you overlook the Inn Valley and look forward to being greeted by the cows and the cat every time. The family is super sweet and helpful. If you have a car to get to the mountain, it is a highly recommended accommodation!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. We have no words to describe how much we love staying in Hannes and Claudia's apartment. From the first contact here, always helpful, friendly and attentive. Upon arriving Hannes received us and in addition to presenting the apartment, he gave us tips on what to do in the area, presented where the supermarket, bakery and walks were located (everything very close). We are positively impressed by the cleanliness of the place and beyond said the way Hannes and Claudia thought of absolutely everything (had cutlery, pots, hot tub…) a super complete location. We will definitely come back more often and refer it to our friends and family. Thanks for your excellent stay. They made our trip even more amazing!

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed chalet. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning – waking up to that scenery was a true highlight. The facilities are incredibly modern and complete; everything felt brand new and thoughtfully arranged. The sofa, dining area, and even small details like the lighting and fireplace created a warm, cosy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
