The house is only 500m away from the next ski lift station and a short walk towards the city center. The whole house has been completely renovated in 2023. Der Garten ist sanft abfallend, gleich hinter den drei Lärchen, ca. 100meter entfernt, liegt unser anderes Chalet, das Chalet Leckplått. Private Bergblick Sauna.

In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.
