Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. In a prime location in the center of Mariazell: ✓ Approximately 25 meters to the cable car valley station. ✓ about 3 minutes' walk to the basilica The property is a starting point for many hiking trails, such as the one to the Bürgeralpe or to Lake Erlauf. The end station of the Mariazell train is approx. 15 minutes walk from the property, the bus station in the village is about 10 minutes walk.

The old town of Steyr can be reached on foot in 40 minutes (5 minutes by car) and the famous pilgrimage site of Christkindl and the beautiful Unterhimmler Auen in 10 minutes, or simply relax by the pool in the sheltered courtyard.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available.
