We had an almost unbelievable "Winter Wonderland" experience in the villa during the days around New Year's despite the snow-free landscape all around: fantastic views from the windows of the white snow-covered trees already at breakfast, then the impressive hike along the Nothklamm ... We definitely want to come back in the summer to swim in the river and hike more ... Renate was wonderfully generous, easily accessible. Everything really great available, the house so beautifully renovated! Thanks

We stopped for a night on the way from Vienna to Salzburg, we arrived late at night and the check in was very easy and clear. The apartment was spotless and looked like the pictures. A small thing to consider is that the toilet door is not sealed (just take into account)

Great accommodation, small but nice. We catered for ourselves and had everything we needed to cook. Very quiet area, right next to the Hochkar and many other mountains. If you want to go hiking and are looking for absolute peace, you are in good hands with Karin.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious penthouse! The space was not only beautifully designed but also perfect for creating memories—our family took so many great pictures during our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a truly upscale feel that made our visit extra special. The owner and host were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

We can only agree with the previous reviews. Barbara does everything to make you feel completely comfortable! Thanks for the cold beer in the garden ;) The accommodation is very rural, but you can eat in the Spar and the bakery...There is also a café, which is already full in the morning. The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything you need (including dishwasher, washing machine!). We really enjoyed the time in the garden, it is great and you can watch the bees at work all day ;) The bathtub (see pictures) is actually available and offers a great refreshment. Better than the children's pool around the corner. I'm sure we'll be back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, which is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything necessary was available. Communication with Josip was smooth. We definitely recommend Josip.

We rented two apartments for our family and had a wonderful time. we did not miss anything and our host was wonderful. we can definitely recommend this Airbnb. thank you for everything!

We were very warmly welcomed by Melitta and her family and felt very welcome. The communication beforehand was super fast and straightforward to find the house easily despite its seclusion. The house is cozy, lovingly furnished and equipped with all amenities (including internet and TV for any rainy evenings). The garden is simply fantastic and invites you to linger - you almost don't want to explore the area anymore because you don't want to miss a second in the accommodation. The location of the house is ideal for excursions in the Ötschergebiet. Also a bathing day or two at the run is possible - even on foot if you like. In nearby gaming you will also find all the shops of daily needs and a top regional shop with delicacies from the area. We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home! The kids had to get used to the lack of TV and WiFi, but thanks to the Erzberg rodeo, they were exhausted from the day anyway.

We were very satisfied with everything. We kept in touch with the host from the time of booking until the day of departure, he was available throughout, and helped with everything. We also received program and restaurant tips from him in the neighborhood. We arrived late at night, but that was not a problem, we were able to easily take the key from a box. Cute surprises awaited us on the table and Nespresso coffee was prepared. The accommodation completely enchanted us, it offered us more than a 5-star hotel. Spacious rooms and spaces, pharmacy cleanliness, good equipment and comfort. We were able to connect perfectly here, the building and its surroundings are characterized by tranquility and silence. The center of Mariazell can be reached from here in 20 minutes by a pleasant walk. In addition, there are also recreational opportunities for rainy days at the accommodation: Netflix, board games, a hot tub in the garden, a sauna in the neighboring building (2 euros/20 minutes). I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, the best accommodation we've ever been to!

We were there for Formula 1, the location of the apartment was great. Beautiful roof terrace and also the other surroundings beautiful, so you could also do something well. Shopping is just around the corner. Everything clean, great aquarium in the apartment - we felt completely comfortable.

We stayed with Nikolaus for the second time for 1 week. As with the first time, everything was GREAT! Accommodation was super clean, Nikolaus very hospitable and we felt very comfortable there. My fullest recommendation! I would always book the place again.

We spent a long weekend at Gerti's farm. Lots of peace and space. Very nice area and many opportunities to spend time in nature.

Stayed for the F1 race weekend in Spielberg - easy access to Red Bull Ring, supermarket nearby, good private space with beautiful surroundings, cozy bath and a beautiful kitchen. Would definitely come back again!
