Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Lengalm Hütte 1 - Mountain cabin with sauna & mountain views

The Lengalm hut 1 for 8 people with its own sauna hut is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 1 has a sauna (outside) a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa & two armchairs, a flat screen TV with Netflix & Amazon video, WiFi and two bathrooms with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The apartment is located on an farm right in the middle of Salzkammergut on the picturesque Mondsee Lake.
