Rund um unser ruhiges Dörfchen St. Sebastian (Kärnten) laden viele Strecken und Wege zum Wandern auf den benachbarten Magdalensberg oder den Christofberg ein. Die Burg Hochosterwitz ist zu Fuß oder per Rad gut erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in nur 10 Min. in der Bezirkshauptstadt St. Veit an der Glan oder in 20 Min. in der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt.

In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

About a kilometer away you will find the idyllic Lake Kraigersee for swimming. In the village, there is a local supplier, a doctor and hot food to pick up.

In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
