On the garden you will have your own private hot tube and infra red sauna. Hot tube can be used all year between 10- 22h. Evenings here are magical because of beautiful sunsets and sounds of nature. Our place is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Cozy apartment is a modern, clean, and incredibly cozy place to stay with a view of beautiful mountains and even a bit of the lake. In front of the house, there is free parking, outdoor chill space, and a garden. The house is located in a peaceful residential area, only 5 minutes away from the lake and 30 minutes walk from the city centre. We also provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

The house Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. undermountain #jb15 liegt auf rund 850m seehöhe und befindet sie in einer alleinlage am waldrand. in der nähe befindet sich noch eine unbewohnte hütte. du bist nur 500m von der nächsten öffentlichen straße entfernt, dafür aber gefühlt kilometerweit von der zivilisation. früh morgens wenn du deine augen öffnest siehst du mit etwas glück einen kleinen fuchs oder ein paar rehe vorbeiziehen. es wird malerisch, fast schon kitschig;)
