Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hoenheim

This was probably one of our best stays in our travels. Like others have said, you feel at home straight away, not only because the charm of the place, but perhaps more importantly - how Anita makes you feel like a welcomed friend. Her recommendations for where to go were spot on: we enjoyed the restaurants, towns, shops, and pubs. Of course, we enjoyed the sauna and the tub. The kitchen amenities were fantastic. The beds were so cozy. The WiFi was fast (two of us working remotely without issue on video calls) and there was enough space without us worrying about hearing each other. Parking spot right out front. Washer/Dryer worked great. The location is in a quaint, walkable town. It's quiet. You can see the stars at night, hear the birds, and just take a breath to enjoy it all. This is one special place. We're already planning our return trip back. :)

We had a great weekend with 8 adults and two toddlers. The view, the hot tub, the sauna - were great and we felt very comfortable and at home :)

We spent 4 days with friends in Saverne in Didier's rental. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, the terrace very pleasant and the pool and jacuzzi are a real plus👍. The rental has a lot of charm, well located to enjoy the center of Saverne, the port, the castles and very good restaurants. Didier is a very welcoming host, available while being discreet. We really enjoyed our professionalism. We would recommend it without hesitation

we had a good and nice stay. A fan or air conditioning for the summer is recommended to purchase

We had some wonderful serene and sunny days in Pierre and Katia's mountain cabin. Incredible flexible and friendly hosts and we felt right at home from the first second. Beautiful location and spacious cabin. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trail, the outdoor bath and daily cuddles with Snow (the dog) whom our own dog also found a friend in. Al fresco dining everyday. We had daily excursions to nearby Alsace attractions with advice from Pierre and the children are still talking about the welcome bowl with candy (and Snow of course! ;) Cabin is warmly recommended

We traveled as part of a stay at Europa Park (30 min drive). Top outdoor equipment (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, petanque court, etc.) Lodging well-equipped and functional. Thanks!

Lovingly furnished AirBnB! Everything as described. 20-30 min walk to the city center. Quiet pleasant area. Private parking available as described. Unfortunately, the apartment is relatively humid, but there is a room fan. We'd love to come back!

Very nice cottage nestled on the side of the mountain, with a beautiful view and a peaceful environment. The cottage is very well-equipped and very well-decorated, cocooning atmosphere. You have to come by car to enjoy the surroundings, shops only a few kilometers away, good restaurants. Ski resorts 25/40 minutes away according to your wishes, but also confectionery of the Vosges, Christmas markets and the large city of Saint Dié des Vosges nearby. Beautiful walks possible. We were lucky to have snow throughout our stay, so a nice wonder to go from 2024 to 2025. And a big thank you to Odile and Claude for their warm hosting, availability and kindness. We can only recommend.

I wish I could give Michael's space more than 5 stars, we had such an excellent stay! Michael was very helpful and responsive, always eager to give us recommendations and provide us with useful info (like when it was a public holiday and shops were closed). The place is very cute and unique as well! It's literally right next to the current Renchen train station so transport is easily accessible if you want to take a train. Renchen itself is a pretty little town with plenty of amenities as well, and my kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the ice cream shop. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, definitely stay here!!

Great peaceful and comfortable accommodation for visiting Strasbourg. The center is a 15-minute walk and accessible by transport. Elena is hyper responsive and accommodating.

Thanks to Uwe & Cornelia for the friendly host in their special modern re-designed ancient mill loft. Beautifull town and excellent starting point for a star trip around black forest villages and panoramic roads. Everything as expected.

We spent the weekend with a small group of men at Regina and were very satisfied. The house and the furniture are high quality, the location quiet, very close to the vineyard with hiking trails. Regina was very friendly and the communication was always helpful. Thank you!

Excellent accommodation, I would recommend it. Thanks again Wolfgang. If I can just make an improvement, there is a lack of storage for our belongings in 3 bedrooms of the accommodation.

We spent 3 nights in Chantal's wonderful accommodation. The house is very spacious and offers everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped and there are a few nice touches. The bedrooms are comfortable and each have their own bathroom. There was only a lack of small things (shampoo/shower gel, oil in the kitchen, only one hair dryer for 3 bathrooms). The nearby church and a large grandfather clock with a quarter-hour melody are worth mentioning - this takes some getting used to. The positive highlight is the park-like garden with many seating and lounging options, which could also be used well on the (very) hot days. Thanks for a great stay!

We were in the apartment for an extended weekend. Gitta and Matthias were very nice and helpful. Our dog also felt comfortable and was relaxed. A good location and everything was within walking distance (hiking trails, supermarket, city center). We'd love to come back😁

This is the 2nd stay at Rebecca and Daniels place and it was an excellent stay. Would absolutely stay again. The house was very clean and was supplied with everything we needed. There was a garage for us to store motorbikes. We were met by Jose who was very helpful.

Isabelle welcomed us very well and sent us a lot of tips before we arrived. We'll be happy to go back

We had a great stay. Being a group of 4 adults & 4 children, the apartment is very comfortable and functional. It is modern, clean and very well-equipped (including exotic spices & sauces :)). Hosts are very responsive, available and flexible. Perhaps the only small downside is the wifi coverage (a little difficult to pick up from the downstairs bedroom and kitchen)

We were warmly welcomed by Angele and Antoine who gave us good clear instructions on how to use all the facilities ensuring that if we had any questions or problems she was always available to us. The garden is beautiful and well kept with fruit and nut trees adding to the charm. It is very quiet, peaceful and the pool looked extremely inviting but just not warm enough for us yet. Easy access to the Alsace wine route and the villages on the route were very quant and interesting. This is a must do on any visit to the area. An extremely easy check in/out and would recommend this property to all.

An apartment like a house with a very nice garden/terrace and heated pool. Delicate attentions of drinks in the fridge, beautiful night spaces, everything you need in the kitchen and everything very clean. A very pleasant stay where we will certainly come back, thank you Valerie

We spent family time together for the first time. How lucky to have found such a great house for it with extremely nice landlords in a beautiful environment. Our wishes were all fulfilled and everyone was extremely happy.

Beautiful, quiet accommodation on the edge of the forest – pure nature! The accommodation is fantastically quiet, right on the edge of the forest. Florent has built a platform with two deckchairs in the forest next to a small stream - ideal for relaxing and forest bathing. He spontaneously hung up two hammocks for our children, which was a real highlight! You can start hiking directly behind the house or walk across the street to Bilstein Castle (about 1 hour). Excursions to Colmar, Haut-Koenigsbourg or the Vosges are also easily possible - all within 30 minutes. Florent is a very attentive and warm host. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We came for a wedding at my farm in Argentin. We took the opportunity to visit the region. The accommodation is clean. There is a beautiful, very practical kitchen. The volume of the living room is very pleasant. the big positive point is the exterior with a swimming pool and the Liepvrette that passes below. We took advantage of the local shops: pharmacy, carrefour and hairdresser (les ciseaux d'argent). The proximity is perfect for visiting the Upper Koenigsburg and the villages of the wine route. Jérôme and Daniel were very nice and available to make our stay in their area go as smoothly as possible. Thank you again!
