The 200-year-old farmhouse, the "Alte Hof", is located in an absolutely top location in the quiet ski & holiday resort of Brixen im Thale. It was completely renovated in 2016 & very comfortably modernized without destroying the originality & flair of this Tyrolean farmhouse. Supermarkets, restaurants, ski rental, etc. are within walking distance. "Car-free, I'm in" is a real option here. The ski bus stops at the house (4 min to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski world), opposite the train station (10 min Hahnkammbahn & Kitzbühel)

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
