In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

We love it modern with a touch of vintage. That's how we set up our new city apartment as a vacation rental. Despite its proximity to the city, the apartment is quietly located in a side street, the balcony faces the rear courtyard. While it is wonderfully relaxing inside, you can already enjoy your first cappuccino on the balcony at sunrise in the morning. The partial area of the garden with covered terrace is exclusively available to you. The Barbarossa cycle path is very close. 4 km away begins the German Wine Route, the Nibelung city of Worms is only 12 km away. Various opportunities to taste the Rhinehessian and Palatinate wines pleasantly round off your vacation days.

Our apartment is centrally located in the green city surrounded by vineyards, above our shop "Das Stoffatelier," directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. From here you can easily explore the area. By car, bike or public transport you can quickly get to the next wine village. Due to the central location on the pedestrian zone, you can quickly reach various shops and localities on foot. Tourist information is about 100 meters away.
