Auf dem romantischen Grundstück mit riesigen Wiesen und mehreren Terrassen an der Ilm hast du den idealen Ort gefunden, eine entspannte Zeit mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen. Schlafmöglichkeiten für 20 Personen und viel Platz für zusätzliche Zelte ist vorhanden. Schlafsäcke müsstet ihr bitte mit bringen. Auf Anfrage können wir auch Bettzeug für 7€ zur Verfügung stelle (unbeheizt) Es gibt ein weiteres Inserat mit 6 Betten im HH.

Welcome, My house is close to the city center (10 minutes), connected also by tram. Its the same distance to the train and bus station. Nearby is is the beautiful park, Saale, and public lake. The house is a shared space among my guests and family, which are 3 kids. The room belongs to my son. When he is around I get you a similar room with the same standard. The house is very old during winter it can become very cold on the floors and in the toilette's. No Room keys! Enjoy the garden.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung 160m2, mit toller Lage direkt am See. Eigene Terrasse, eigener Zugang zum Wasser. Das Haus ist umgeben von Natur im schönen Thüringer Wald. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Im Winter Gemütlichkeit durch Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Schöne Unterkunft für Familien und Gruppen bis zu 6 Personen. Geeignet zum Angeln, Rad fahren, wandern. Derzeit verfügt der Stausee über wenig Wasser, im Frühjahr 2026 wird er wieder befüllt. Baden und Boot fahren möglich. 🛶

Dear guests, the house is located in a village about 15 km from Erfurt. You drive 15 minutes to the Erfurt Zoopark, 20 minutes to the main station and 10 minutes to the lake landscape. You can view the entire house incl. Use the garden with me. Important: I am not a hotel and cannot offer a hotel standard. We are a young family who are passionate about hosting Airbnb. So if you're looking for a cozy and convivial place to stay and a hostess, this is the place!

Collect strength for everyday life between greenery and water directly at the Hohenfelden reservoir or explore the picturesque landscape of the middle Ilmtal. The house lies in a small enclosed holiday home settlement on the northern shore of the Hohenfelden reservoir. The house is located on the second line and the swimming lake can be reached via three different jetties about 50 m away.
