A good place to work, relax, go on trips to the mountains, trade fair...

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. This apartment is a separate area in a detached house with a private bathroom and a full kitchen. It is located in the basement as a semi-basement apartment with 2 large windows. The furniture was completely new in 2022. A large smart TV and Wi-Fi are available and there is also the possibility to use the washing machine. The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit all dem was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir legen grossen Wert auf Resourcenschonenden Umgang mit Energie und Wasser. Deshalb verwenden wir eine Bio trenn-kompsting Toilette die direkt an das Abluftsystem angeschlossen ist. Für frische Luft sorgt eine kontrollierte Wohnraumlüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnunung.
