Vacation home Alte Mühle Hohentauern

Our holiday home is situated in the mountain village and ski centre Hohentauern (1270 m). You’ll love it at our place, the old building – dating back to the 15th century – has a fantastic atmosphere, but you still have all the modern comforts to enjoy. The pistes and cross country ski trails are just a few steps away, while in summer marked footpaths pass by right beside the cottage. Our accommodation is fantastic for 2 families with children or groups of friends.

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Immerse yourself in nature, recharge your batteries and enjoy peace and quiet. Your apartment is accessible via an external staircase and is in a quiet location, without hustle and bustle and noise. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Hiking paradise, 13 peaks from the front door.

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
