Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The mansion offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi (use costs an additional €150).

The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Feldkrücken, near Ulrichstein, is a small, non-touristy, very quiet place near the highest mountain in the Vogelsberg, the Hoher Rodkopf, 4 kilometers away. Up there, not only a wonderful panoramic view, but also a well-run restaurant with excellent cuisine offers some attractions, such as a summer toboggan run, a climbing forest, or treetop trail. There are of course also many hiking trails, including a volcano hiking trail.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Our vacation home on the Alte Hasel is a natural vacation home for up to 12 people in the middle of the Vogelsberg volcanic region. On a 3000 sqm property is the detached house between tall trees, a large pond and the Alte Hasel creek. The house has two areas. The main apartment with 4 bedrooms and the secondary apartment with 2 sleeping areas. A total of 6 bathrooms/toilets are available.

While the children play in the large playroom or in the garden, you can relax in the hot tub or on the terrace. Plenty of space for everyone: Large house for up to 17 guests – ideal for families and groups. Two separate units with no connecting door – ideal for privacy.
