Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Small cottage with EV charger - No toilet

You can sleep next to your electrical car and get it charged with 22 kw. You charge with the Monta APP. The cottage is VERY small only 5 square meters. It has got WIFI, power, heat, 2 beds, light - NO TOILET or NO SHOWER but fresh water 10 meters from the cottage. You have to bring your own bedding sheets (Bed linned or sleeping bags) there are pillows and duvets. The area is very quiet and fantastic 10 minutes from the beach. Cozy and family-friendly cottage on scenic grounds with a 10-minute walk to Denmark's best dune beach. 10 minutes may sound like a lot, but you only have to walk for 3, then you are at Korevlerne with a view of the heather, the dunes and the sea's roar for the last 7 minutes. In the house, there is everything you need to be able to lean back, enjoy the silence, nature and (maybe (hopefully)) each other. P.S. If you feel like streaming, it usually works fine via the mobile coverage.

Outside is a covered and furnished terrace where coffee can be enjoyed sheltered. The cottage is located 11 km from cozy Nykøbing Sjælland. Wifi will be coming in March!
