Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hol Municipality

Hilde received us extraordinarily warmly. Explained everything well and invited us to attend an exhibition at the Kulturhuset van Al. That was well worth it.

Our stay here was incredible. We booked for 4 people but this place could easily accommodate 8. The place was clean and tidy and offered everything we needed and more, with beautiful surroundings and a private and authentic feel. Things like extra towels, a pantry with some basic items like rice and pasta, food in the freezer and an easy to use washing machine and dryer really made us feel well looked after. We stayed when temperatures were between -10 and -18 Celsius but the house always felt cosy. The nearest Ski bus stop is a 7-10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket and ‘town’ area are a 25 minute walk away. If you enjoy walking then the location is fine but we opted to hire a car from the airport to use for our transfers which I would highly recommend. This made collecting ski hire, shopping and travelling to the different slopes much easier as there is lots of parking areas. 10/10 stay. I have already recommended to friends and family.

Nice location, good space and overall great value for money. We can safely recommend renting from Jan. We would gladly come again!

This was our second time staying here and Aleksander has upgraded with a sauna and the outdoor area as well. Lovely place, quiet, everything works great, and close enough to several ski centers and other attractions with plenty to do. The perfect place to disconnect!

I truly loved Signe's home. It's well refurbished, modern style inside a very cozy winter frame. A true romantic gateway in Europe.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Geilo city center. Short distance to everything. The children had a great time in the playroom and on the zipline playground right outside. Would love to come back here. Good communication with a nice host, quick and responsive.

We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is well equipped and the view over the ski slopes into the valley is unique. The location right on the ski slope is hard to beat and the garage is perfect for storing the skis.

The apartment was lovely, spacious and clean. Full of anything required. Check in was easy and Ida communicated everything. Would recommend! We stayed as a 2 and even though it sleeps 6 we felt it was cosy and welcoming.

We are a family of 10 who stayed at this cabin and it was extremely comfortable. The layout of the house was nice with plenty of room for gathering in the kitchen and living room (the recliner is so comfortable, I'm going to buy myself one just like it!) as well as comfortable bedrooms. Cooking in the kitchen was no problem as it was well stocked with everything we needed (pots/pans etc). Location was perfect for being in the countryside, but it was close enough to grocery stores, train station, and the city center of Geilo that there was no problem traveling there and back multiple times (a day trip on the train to Flam is doable and beautiful, I highly recommend it). It was so close to the Ruperandan and easy to access. This is a highlight of the property! Ski in/out from your front door in the winter time! Terje was an excellent host and always communicated thoroughly and in a speedy manner.

Had the pleasure of staying in this beatiful cabin for a month and half. Was a perfect home base for kite skiing and close to town center. I also had my doggie with me and he loved the area and outdoors. The cabin provides a great private area for him to enjoy and us as well. Will be returning next year without a doubt! Cheers Daniel!

There were two of us in Endres cabin in the winter. The path up can be a bit tricky for a normal Northern German car depending on the snow, but it is also cleared. With the arrival information you can find the cabin well, if you only use the navigation it is not quite easy, as there is a new road tour. Endre helped us very well and quickly with all questions, that was great! The cabin is very cozy, really well equipped and everything is as described. You can tell that it is also inhabited by the landlord herself, it has charm. Degrees in winter, the hallway is very convenient, you can dry your things and organize yourself well. The view is fantastic on all sides, we were lucky and could even watch northern lights from the bedroom. The Hardangervidda and Geilo are easily accessible, you can do a lot. We felt very comfortable, it was a great stay!

We had a great stay at Ingrid’s place. We were two families with 5 kids ranging between 10- 4. They loved the place- it was big and spacious, great for hide and seek. They played loads both inside and out- had a great time! The cabin is beautiful, airy, spacious, great views, comfortable. We even got to see northern lights which was a great bonus for the visiting brits. Would thoroughly recommend this place, and we would all love to come again. Thank you!

Linda is a very nice host who responds quickly when needed. The cabin is in a great location not far from the center of Geilo. When we arrived, it was wonderfully warmed up. The cabin is an old log cabin that is simple but has everything needed for those who like peace, quiet and the " real" Norwegian cabin life. We would gladly came back:-)
