The apartment is recently renovated and scores with its central location in the middle of the Rhön. It has an open-plan living and dining area and a modern kitchen. It can also accommodate up to 4 people, is about 55 m² and barrier-free. The Unsleben water castle, grocery stores and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (about 100 m). With a distance of about 8 km to Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale and Mellrichstadt, the apartment is optimally connected by transport.

Modern holiday home in the heart of the Grabfeld

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Thus, together with my parents, I completely renovated the farm and created a modern furnished vacation home. In his honor, it has become "DER HENKELHOF," where we would like to extend a warm welcome to you. By "we" I mean my parents Heri & Ilona and me. Farm community in old mill

Spend the night in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is plenty to discover on a tour of the farm, starting with the old mill, the weirs for the river and artificial mill canal, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays and last but not least our flock of chickens. The apartment is very bright and spacious, and can soon be combined with other vacation rentals.

Rothhäuser Mühle (Korbhaus) in Bavaria/Lower Franconia

On the first floor is the apartment "Korbhaus." On approx. 60 square meters, there are two separate bedrooms (each with double beds), a living room, kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower/toilet. A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.
