It’s a 2-minute walk to a convenience store and public transportation (bus 12 to Malmö city and 16 to Malmö Hyllie, which easily connects you by train to Malmö city, Lund, Helsingborg, or to Copenhagen and the rest of Denmark). By car, it takes 30 minutes to Copenhagen.

I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
