The renovated 47 sqm apartment on the ground floor has been furnished with attention to detail and has floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area. I look forward to your visit.

Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Mill house on the Nethe

The idyllically situated "Mühlenhaus" on the Mühlenbach of the Nethe is part of the castle ensemble in Amelunxen. Formerly built as the miller's residence, it is nestled in the village and thus within walking distance of the village shop and bakery. Family-owned for generations, it still serves as a private vacation home. It impresses with its traditional furnishings and cozy atmosphere. The large garden and the direct water location also ensure peace and quiet.

The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

The 70 m² bright non-smoking apartment for 1-4 people with its own terrace is located at the exit of the Weser village of Albaxen. From here you can start various activities such as canoeing or mountain biking. A bedroom for 2 guests and a comfortable sofa bed for another 2 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. If you would also like to enjoy a wellness massage, the InTouch massage oasis SUNSPIRIT is located directly in the house.

Lilalaunelodge - Vacation home

You will enjoy remembering your time in our LilaLauneLodge: The apartment has a bedroom (bed 1.80×2 m), a living room with kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m wide), a private bathroom and a separate access via the private terrace. Wi-Fi is available for our guests. The bathroom has a shower and a towel heater. Towels and a hair dryer are of course provided. The room is about 2 km and 40 meters above sea level from the Weser bike path and downtown.

Germany's most popular bike path, the R1, is just 200 meters away. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

The recreational area of the Godelheimer Seenplatte is not far away.

The 3-room apartment has 2 bedrooms (2x single bed 90x200 cm, 1x queen-size bed 140x200 cm). Both are equipped with a wardrobe and a workspace, perfect for longer stays or working from home. The bright living room offers access to the balcony. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher. The daylight bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

Welcome to Werder, a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover, Braunschweig and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shopping and restaurants are in and around Bockenem. The Harz and the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here. We ourselves ride motorcycles and are happy to assist you with tour questions.
