Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. In the area you can do many great hikes. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Very friendly and nicely designed. Yes, the entrance, the stairs and the first impression seem a bit spoiled/not completely renovated. But everything is super clean, the house is beautifully located with a very great terrace in the garden and the garden is also available. It has everything from firewood to the grill. We were only there for one night, but we would definitely have felt comfortable with a longer stay! Recommended!

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

Amazing place, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! With only one night we didn’t get a chance to relax or utilize the full house, but it was cozy and fully stocked for anything we could’ve needed — they truly thought of every detail. It was huge, we felt right at home, and you can’t beat the location in Alsfeld!

A beautiful place to relax & discover. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the terrace by a curious, trusting fire salamander. The cottage is very cozy with a lot of attention to detail and you immediately feel comfortable - everything you need is there. A big thank you to Katharina for the warm hospitality. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball court and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice decor. The bedrooms are all on the quieter side of the house and therefore you can not hear the street about 50-100 meters away. The washing machine is in the bedroom on the ground floor, which was not great for me as an allergy sufferer. Otherwise, the location is very good as a starting point for bike tours.

We booked this property because we had a wedding in Marburg. Very nice home and super nice host. The house was spotless and very modern. The area is beautiful, quiet and green. The communication was also very pleasant. The host always responds quickly and it was easy to get in. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend more Svenjas plece! It was amazing, the place itself very spacious. It has everything you need for. She hosted as we were at home. We visited with our little one and our dog and we fledged like at home! Definitely would come back again!! Thanks!!

The apartment was really nice and very clean, we immediately felt comfortable there. The decor was modern and well maintained, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only note: It would be helpful to mention in the description that the pool can only be used in summer. Otherwise, everything was great – happy to come back!

It was an incredibly nice and sparkling clean, cozily furnished cottage. A hidden gem Everything was available. The hostess was particularly friendly and helpful. The area is beautifully beautiful. Suitable for various outdoor sports and hiking tours. Highly recommended! We will definitely go back again.

We were guests at Thorben and Christina's time as guests of Thorben and Christina and it was once again very relaxed and beautiful in Machtlos. The place is cozy and nothing is missing. Our dogs also arrived quickly and we were able to enjoy the vacation very much. We'd love to come back! :-)

We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

We had a nice few days at Pete's farm. After personal welcome and introduction to the stoves, we kept it nice and warm ourselves. There was a small fleet for the kids as well as lunches with the animals. Outside it was very cold all the nicer was the warm fire inside. With 6 children & 3 adults, we had more space than necessary. A successful change from the gray city of everyday life.

We had - with a total of 3 families, including 7 adults and 5 children - a wonderful weekend in the historic mill. The house was very clean and we lacked absolutely nothing. The essentials were already there, so we only had to worry about food. Communication with Werner was extremely nice and we felt in good hands from the start. For a weekend with children (and a dog), this property is really perfect. The children had a lot to discover, were able to move freely on the property and enjoyed the break very much. Thank you for this beautiful weekend!

Immediately after booking, I got a message from the very nice and helpful landlord and also the day before arrival with more information. During our stay, we had contact again and again, even if we only saw each other out of schedule once. We got the key via a key box, which is why we could go into the apartment earlier than indicated. We spent 5 nights in the apartment and felt right at home. You can make yourself comfortable in the living room and on the balcony, the children had space to whiz - also in the yard. There were games and books and even strawberry plants along the balcony railing. Shutters and bath complete good children's amenities. The kitchen is nice and big too, we had enough space. If there was an issue, it was quickly resolved. We will definitely come back if our friends don't move away against expectations.

Schlitz is a stunning medieval town and this location is at its heart. Be prepared that our map technology cannot cope with medieval street layout though! I think this is an advantage but it may make it hard to find at first. Excellent to have easy parking and a tremendous host.

The owl's nest is good for the soul. We recovered very well in the tiny house. The property has everything you need. The view from the round windows is fantastic. You can hike from the front door. We drove to Lake Edersee in one day, which only about 30 minutes away. In any case, I would recommend arriving by car to be able to shop comfortably in the next town. However, there are also bus stops in the village, not far from the property. Christina is a very kind host. I would recommend booking the eggs from our own chickens. We would love to come back

Very stylishly furnished, superbly equipped and spacious apartment. Great location, public transport and supermarket just around the corner. Only the parking situation is not optimal, but Lena can't do anything about that ;)

The place was amazing. The house is so lovingly furnished Everything you need in kitchen utensils and other everyday items was available. Especially for children, it is super nice, the children's room, the garden with the small playground, the swing in the middle of the living room (also for adults mega :-)), the quiet environment. Everything is green (we were there in May), animals everywhere, a playground nearby, excursion possibilities... We had a wonderful vacation!

The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, from where you can start walks and hikes directly. One of the family's two horse farms is a 2-minute walk away, the other is in the village and is also within walking distance. For children, both the horse farm and the proximity to nature (forest and meadows) are very appealing, there is the possibility of petting horses and pony rides. The large apartment is super equipped with everything and for families with children (high chair, games, books, building blocks, baby stop for the bed) and has a sauna and a piano as highlights. I was there for three days with my daughter and three grandchildren and can highly recommend this accommodation: Very friendly owners, quiet rural surroundings, you immediately come down and find time and muse.
