There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

Newly-built cottage 35 m2 centrally located on Öckerö at the ferry terminal. Sea view from both floors. Ground floor consists of hall, bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen as well as open plan living room. Living room has 140 cm sofa bed. From the living room, there is a double door out to the garden and gravel patio. Upper floor with 160 cm bed and 80 cm bed and blackout curtains. Free parking on the street.
