The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

We arrived at the accommodation relatively late, which was no problem as the key was in a key box right next to the entrance and we could therefore arrive flexibly. The rooms were very nice and clean the beds very comfortable and the ambiance wonderful. We will be happy to take advantage of the accommodation again for further visits

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

Many thanks to Ute and her husband. We were very warmly welcomed and were able to move into the apartment, which is simply awesome, immediately. We were able to store the bikes in the shed without any problems and Ute's husband immediately brought us a cable so that we could also charge our e-bikes there. We had a wonderful time in the cozy apartment. We were also able to make wonderful excursions to the nearby and further surroundings. It was just perfect. We stayed at this Airbnb for one month and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end no problems at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which helped us unwind and enjoy our time to the fullest. It was also a lot of fun, the area had great spots to explore and we felt at home throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable place to stay. We had a very relaxing holiday. Bakery 100 meters away. Pizza/kebab shop is nice as a change. At high temperature, a wonderfully cool house, which is very spacious. A very quiet space due to its design/color. Everything beautifully coordinated. Dogs also had a good time. Looking back on a wonderful holiday!
