The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

There were six of us and we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment and even drinks were cooled upon our arrival. Bath and shower very spacious, like the whole apartment, the kitchen 1a equipped, light summer bed linen, and very comfortable was the additional guest toilet. For Waste separation was all provided and the parking lot was in front of the door. We had some excursions planned and the location was ideal for them. Thank you Adriana for such a pleasant stay!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Johannes is a very nice host and the communication was very nice, helpful and hassle-free. The apartment is as described in the listing - very clean, nicely furnished and equipped with nice surprises. Everything is available that is necessary for a short stay. I can recommend the apartment 100 percent and without restrictions. We will be happy to come back.

Many thanks to Ute and her husband. We were very warmly welcomed and were able to move into the apartment, which is simply awesome, immediately. We were able to store the bikes in the shed without any problems and Ute's husband immediately brought us a cable so that we could also charge our e-bikes there. We had a wonderful time in the cozy apartment. We were also able to make wonderful excursions to the nearby and further surroundings. It was just perfect. We stayed at this Airbnb for one month and had a truly wonderful experience. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end no problems at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which helped us unwind and enjoy our time to the fullest. It was also a lot of fun, the area had great spots to explore and we felt at home throughout the entire stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable place to stay.
