The accommodation was very clean with plenty of space. Host very likeable and friendly!

Unfortunately, it was only one night. We would have loved to stay longer. France with the Vosges is not far away and the Black Forest is right on the doorstep. We hiked in Schauinsland and would have liked to do a lot more. We would also like to get to know Freiburg even better. I'm sure we'll be back soon. Best regards and thank you for the warm welcome. Lothar was a very friendly and generous host. We really enjoyed our stay in Pfaffenweiler together with our friends and children. It is a very relaxing environment with wonderful surroundings. For wine enthusiasts: the local wine is absolutely worth trying.

I live in Airbnbs and originally booked Claire’s house for 3 nights and extended it two more once I realized how great it is. All the other reviews are accurate about location and quality. It’s full of books and other non-IKEA things that make you feel at home. The apartment, even though downstairs, has its own outdoor space and feels airy You can get into Freiburg very easily by public transport and there are walking trails directly from the house. Plenty to do. Bring a bike if you can. I would absolutely stay here again.
