Just row, silence, whizz over the pine crowns and burn the wood stove. Seldalen is an old spring sturgeon with a traditional, simple western Norwegian sturgeon cottage. Don't expect sun every day -nature is weather and you have to adapt to it! Walk from fjord to mountain, enjoy the vertical landscape and end the day with a refreshing bath in Huldrekulpen.

In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the sea. To Sauda it is only a 15 min drive by car. Here you can find most of it, including a swimming pool. Lots of possibilities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 min. away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Big open spaces, lots of sleeping fasilities in the shared area. I built this cabin as a sanctuary, for myself. Priority are light open spaces, not many bedrooms. A uniqe, modern house with the most amazing nature just outside the door-step. The house has a view to the forest and river, and has big windows to let in lots of light and most importantly - the nature. The outside area consists of an incredibly beautiful riverside front, with a wooden deck with a log table and benches, fire place by the river and pitoresque seats overlooking the river and forest.
