New 1 bed annex flat accommodation with no communal area shared by others, located in a peaceful place where you can spend a nice time before or after your journey. We provide 43” smart TV (Netflix), free superfast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle. A lovely, fully self contained Garden Pavilion in a very pretty garden. Superb location with Gatwick Airport being only a ten minute drive and a 3 minute train journey. Horley station provide fast access to London, Brighton and the Midlands. Car parking is also available. Horley town centre, supermarkets, cafes and pubs are all within walking distance. It is also a great base for visiting the local area in and around Surrey and Sussex.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
