Lovely little get away , clean, comfortable bed and the hot tub was a lovely extra and very relaxing , would defo stay here again

We enjoyed a lovely couple of days in the Stables. The accommodation was really well appointed and spotless, with everything we needed for a short stay. Lynley was lovely, really welcoming and helpful with tips for walks and food. We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

Stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect. Really clean and was stocked up with everything you could need. They have a great fan in there to use but id recommend bringing one if it’s going to be around 30 degrees because it does get a little warm in there. Overall they couldn’t have provided anymore it was lovely and I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful cabin - cosy, peaceful and secluded. Loved the outdoor space with eating area, hot tub and fire pit. Mandy was brilliant - very responsive and friendly, and had great recommendations for the area. Alfriston within walking distance, gorgeous village with excellent pubs and shops. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Nick's cabin. I was gifted a wellbeing day off work from my employer so we wanted to have an overnight stay the night before somewhere super quiet and close to nature. We were not disappointed! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and Nick was very helpful with instructions and information beforehand. The Ukulele was a cute little surprise and we both had a laugh attempting to play something tuneful on it! The highlight was sitting by the firepit listening to 4 Tawny owls communicating with each other. Just magical!

Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

We stayed while we were in the area for a wedding. The place is lovely and quiet with a cafe on site :) Jonathan and Hollie are lovely hosts, really accommodating and friendly. We’d definitely stay again thanks so much!

Unfortunately we had no hot water but Jamie was so responsive! Would love to stay again especially with over weather to make use of the decking :)

Had a lovely 2 nights stay. Accommodation was as described infact I thought it was better than the photos shows. couldn't ask for a better place for our stay. Would gladly return again someday. lovely walks for our dog and was very peaceful.

The Hideaway is just that! It has been lovingly created out of an eclectic mix of wood. The kitchen is well equipped and the place was so relaxing and comfortable that we cooked in much more than planned. The balcony is perfect overlooking a mysteriously romantic, half hidden pond. We were there in a hot period in June. Thank you Jonathan.

We stayed here to visit friends before flying home to Australia. It is a short drive to Heathrow too. Lots of places to eat and drink in Maidenhead but our favourite is Boulters lock overlooking the Thames which is very close to the air bnb. Mikila place is beautiful and was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend. Hug

This is a beautiful gem of a place and extremely good value. The garden house is cosy and yet supremely functional. It has been well thought out. The kitchen is excellent with a gas stove, two ovens and an air fryer. There is an electric shower and large screen TV. The beds are very comfortable and up in the roof creating a very snug place for rest. I loved the place and will be back.

Really, a very charming place. The cabin is better equipped than described, and the bed surprisingly comfortable and warm. The area in general is very peaceful, yet, if you need, civilisation is not so far away. In some respects, the best of both worlds. I had a family of ducklings with me for the duration of my stay and the resident kingfisher made several appearances, though I struggled to capture it on camera in spite of my best efforts... The site also has other unexpected pleasantries, nooks, crannies, stump circles and a communal shelter should it pour. I did have the site to myself so remained content with my own space, but it's a nice feature. The shower was a bit different, but actually worked quite well, to be fair, and did the trick. For those interested, phone signal was good. All in, I was sad to leave. I hope to return, perhaps during a different season... What a peaceful, tranquil haven.

We booked at the last minute, and it was very easy to sort and flexible with us arriving early in the morning. A lovely peaceful cabin only a few minutes from the centre of Sevenoaks. Would definitely recommend 😊

Very friendly and provided a great breakfast to help me out when walking the North Downs Way. Comfy bed and welcome beer too…

WOW, what a wonderful find - This is one of the best Airb&b’s we’ve stayed in. Jo and Hannah are lovely and could not be more accommodating. The cabin and the setting is perfect and the pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s extremely comfortable and has absolutely everything you’ll need for a short break (or longer)! It’s made all the better by all of the small touches that Jo and Hannah add to make your stay special….. A lovely bottle of Rose Prosecco, quality provisions for breakfast, snacks, a stock of lovely coffee and tea, a welcome card and more. If you are looking for somewhere special, in a great location, close to loads of restaurants and pubs but in a quiet, tranquil oasis…… This is the place for you. Could not rate it (or Jo and Hannah) more highly.

Teana’s place was absolutely lovely. Really clean and cosy, and everything you could possibly need was there waiting for you. Including a coffee machine which is always a bonus for me! We stayed during Royal Ascot, which was only 20 minutes down the road by taxi. The accommodation costs were plenty reasonable and it was situated far enough out of the way so it wasn’t crowded by race goers, yet close enough that we could easily get where we needed to go. Clean, well-equipped, and all round cosy. We will definitely be staying again.
