We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

The house and surroundings are so beautiful! I wanted a private and green outside space for my 30th birthday celebration with my closest friends and this was EXACTLY what i was looking for! And Simon was a very responsive and accommodative host.

Easy to find, parking was great. Great set up for a family, kids books and board games available. It was nice not to have to worry about food the next morning, bread, milk, cereal, etc were available. Overall, very thoughtfully put together. It was very warm most of the time we were there. The air conditioning kept the place comfortable. Ana was very responsive. I needed to extend a day, she quickly confirmed it was available. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great short break at the White House in Steyning. The house and grounds were quirky, private and clean. It's an old house so expect low beams, interesting staircases and a non-standard layout, but this is the charm. Despite the age of the building the fixtures and appliances are modern and well equipped. The house is 20 yards from great dog walks. You can do the steep (17%) longer trail or a more level route into the town for coffees, food or just a nose around. We were fortunate enough to have great weather and would recommend an evening trip to the cricket club to bask in the sun, have a drink and watch a game of village cricket. It was pretty idilic. A good location to base yourself for a day trip to Brighton, or along to Chichester. Overall a super break and fancy coming back in the winter to use the fireplaces. Thanks.

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

My partner and I visited here as a birthday treat away. The place was lovely, clean and cosy! Adam was very attentive when we needed a new gas canister for our BBQ. The only downside we had was we struggled to get the hot tub working on our first night. My partner dislodged some excess from the pipe attached to the hot tub which got it working. In saying that, it does not take away how attentive and helpful Adam was despite this not going to plan - so thank you again for a lovely stay Adam!

We loved the lodge and this was the 2nd time we had come back. The windows were filthy, and there was cobwebs inside and out and just wasn’t very clean. We came back as the first time we thought it was beautiful. The skirting boards and bathrooms were grubby. Apart from it being dirty, for the amount charged, would have thought it would have been as nice as the first time we came.

Safe to say was an amazing stay and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Great cottage and to have a swimming pool as well topped it all off. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Lovely place to stay, everything close by. Ideal for us to visit family and friends. Everything we needed and more!! Clean and tidy and chocolate biscuits too! What more could you ask for!

Great location and good space. Was as advertised. The only negative was that check in time was inflexible as we had flow in from San Francisco and our flight landed early. Not ideal to have jet lag and not have the ability to checkin 1 hour early. Thank goodness we had friends nearby but otherwise that's tough with a small child.

This Airbnb is utter perfection. As I was sat, bobbing in the private pool, looking past the glorious roses and onto the fields of fruit trees in the distance, I couldn’t help but think I could have spent several thousand pounds to find somewhere similar at a boutique hotel in Tuscany. It really is THAT good. The Pool shed is wonderfully luxurious. A perfect little kitchen. A huge, wonderfully comfortable, bed. Beautifully curated interior design. The gardens are wonderful and the pool is fabulous. What I hadn’t quite realised was just how beautiful the surrounding towns and villages are. I can’t quite understand why this part of Kent isn’t better known - in my view it is more attractive, but quieter, than the Cotswolds. We’ll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It’s newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, and perfectly sized for our family. The open-plan layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen felt spacious and welcoming, and the large glass doors leading to the fenced garden were a lovely touch — our pet Max especially loved it! The house had everything we needed, 5 bedrooms with king-sized beds and the three bathrooms were a real luxury, making it easy for everyone to get ready without waiting. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. Georgia was a wonderful host — she made sure our check-in went smoothly and responded quickly to any questions or queries we had. The location was also very convenient, with shops like B&M, TK Maxx, and Boots just a 5-minute walk away and bus stops only a minute from the property. Overall, a 5-star experience! We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay, saw so many animals, rabbits and foxes pottering about outside in the evenings as well as the donkeys next door. Its incredibly quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what we wanted from a getaway. I would highly recommend!

Had an amazing weekend at Sorcha’s place connecting with some old friends. Fantastic views and the hot tub was wonderful! Very peaceful and relaxed, would absolutely recommend!

Needed a place to crash for 6 weeks while having work done at home. It had everything we needed. Good responsive host, has made every effort to ensure all amenities were available. Highly recommend for short or long stays.. close to railway, motorway and shops.. Only improvement I would recommend is up security. No alarm, no external CCTV and only a single Yale lock on front door..

Fantastic place to stay, dog friendly, very close to Horsham and within walking distance of a nice pub (Frog & Nightgown). Antonia was an amazing host, really helpful and accommodating (even gave us a lift to party). Lovely outbuilding which has been renovated to a high standard with a rustic feel. Beautiful little view out the french doors with inquisitive wildlife on view such as squirrels, deers, etc. Would recommend to others in a heartbeat and will most likely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay! It was in a beautiful neighbourhood and walkable distance to Three Bridges station. The studio was even better in real life than the photos. Sanjit was a great host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

The Hideaway is just that! It has been lovingly created out of an eclectic mix of wood. The kitchen is well equipped and the place was so relaxing and comfortable that we cooked in much more than planned. The balcony is perfect overlooking a mysteriously romantic, half hidden pond.
