When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Accommodation in the center of Hlinsko with private parking. Fully equipped apartment, located on the 1st floor of the building (entrance via the side staircase). There are two other apartments in the neighborhood where permanent tenants live. Bedroom: double bed + sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is 140 cm wide. Flat screen TV + Amazon Prime. Possibility of storing sports equipment on the ground floor (separate lockable room). Suitable location for travel and tourism.

Fishing hut in the heart of nature

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Our caravan, where we once, is now looking for new adventurers in an orchard in the Iron Mountains. A car with an unmistakable scent that sways slightly in the wind as if on a boat. Parked in a pen with sheep and bees. If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

Vítejte v našem moderním domě u řeky Sázavy. Nabízíme jednu útulnou ložnici, jeden dětský pokoj, dvě čisté koupelny a krásnou zahradu s grilem. Je zde spousta hraček uvnitř i venku, které zaručují zábavu pro nejmenší. Ponořte se do krás našeho okolí, ať už je to osvěžující koupel v řece, objevování přírody nebo vyjížďka na kolech i koních. Ideální místo pro odpočinek a objevování.:-)

Place in the middle of Czech Republic

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.

Je dřevěný, je pohodlný, je v zahradě. Na venkově na Vysočině jsem pro svoji rodinu postavil moderní chalupu zasvěcenou odpočinku. Ponořená do klidu zahrady s kusem přírody. Sad, rybníčky, neomezený prostor. Toto místo jsme věnovali klidu a relaxaci bez televize. Privátní koupací sud a sauna jsou Vám k dispozici za dodatečný poplatek 800 Kč.
