Ocean front modern cottage

Modern cottage only 15 meters from the beach and the pier that leads you into the sea. The property, built in 2019, is beautifully situated on Dunö about 10 minutes (car) south of Kalmar. Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Lilla Casa – The cozy summer accommodation on Lillön

Welcome to the little summer house Lilla Casa on Oknö and the part called Lillön! The newly-renovated 40 sqm house is located close to the sea and is surrounded by beautiful nature, with several swimming areas and walking paths around the island. On the island, there is a restaurant, ice cream shop and camping. It takes about 7 minutes by car to Ica Supermarket, pharmacy, ATM and other shops. Oknö is located close to both Öland and Kalmar, making it an ideal starting point for excursions and day trips.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Vacation apartment on the second floor of a garage overlooking the water. open and lovely floor plan. Only 40 meters down to the jetty, where the boat that is included is located. 3 km to central Mönsterås with restaurants and shops. You can also take the boat to Mönsterås. Bed linens, towels you bring yourself or you can rent from me SEK 150/per person. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest. Final cleaning can also be purchased from me for SEK 1200.

Relax with family or good friends. House in Timmernabben, 50 meters from Kalmarsund. We have nine beds plus a sofa bed. At the dock, there is a rowboat. With it, you can row out to one of the islets. Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.
