Courtyard house near owner's home with one room and a kitchenette. Bathroom with shower. There is a 140 cm bed and a small sofa bed of 110 cm that is suitable for small children. Cats are on the property and cats and dogs stay in the house sometimes, so not for allergy sufferers. Bring your own sheets and towels or rent for SEK 75 per person. Level differences and stairs on the property. You clean up after yourself.

Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! Smoked fish is a part of summer. Nabben's smokehouse is nicely located by the marina. Timmernabben is a cozy place that is located right between Kalmar and Oskarshamn. In other words, we can offer both silence and activities close to other people.
