Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Located in the stork village of Altreu, the tiny house is located directly on the banks of the Aare River on a campsite and offers cozy modern living with the best views of the water. Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Practically at your doorstep, the local recreation area "Witi" with its large natural areas invites you to take walks and bike rides. Right next to the campsite is the restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

The quiet 1.5 room accommodation in Gerlafingen is located in the center of the village. Grocery stores are within easy walking distance. The train and bus stations are in the immediate vicinity. The highway is 2 km away and the beautiful baroque town of Solothurn is 7 km away. Covered parking is available. Modern and individually furnished studio with industrial look, kitchenette, shower bath, spacious double bed and private entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.

On cloud 9 - guest studio in the mini house

We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two persons. WE DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a sofa with one handle in no time. Wi-Fi, a writing space, a TV and a patio seating area are available. A private shower/toilet, linens with terry cloths, hair dryer and hair shampoo are available. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee maker available.

Chalet feeling in the idyllic Emmental

In our Stöckli you will live as in Gotthelf's times but with the comfort of today. The wood-burning stove provides a cozy warmth. The whole house is at your disposal during your stay. In addition to your very private outdoor seating area, you can also use the large flower garden with various seating options. The flower garden is publicly accessible, so it may well be that you also meet other connoisseurs in the garden.

Wagli36 - Your Nature Hideaway

Wagli36 is a unique chalet in Wagliseiboden, Sörenberg, at 1318m in the UNESCO Biosphere. It offers stunning 180-degree views of the mountains. If you are looking for authentic nature, silence, dark nights to watch the stars and the Milky Way, numerous hiking paths, and biking routes in summer, or snowshoe trails, Nordic skiing, or ski tours right from your chalet, then this is the holiday home for you.
