Family-friendly holiday rentals in Horsetooth Reservoir

This delightful cabin was just magical! It was the perfect location, we were able to walk to “downtown Estes”, walk to get coffee in the morning with the pups, the pups love this huge backyard, it was just a perfect and beautiful day! Saw lots of wildlife, had a ton of fun! And Oakley couldn’t be faster and more efficient with my questions! Do not hesitate to rent this cabin! I have stayed in Estes many times and this to me was my favorite, there’s something so nice about having a larger cabin than a smaller one! And being able to soak in the hot tub in the morning in the evenings was just divine! And a fun kitchen to cook in! Thank you!!

this was my second time staying at mark's place and it was as wonderful as the time before. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, the home feels private and peaceful, elk walk beside the property, mark is informative and friendly, the house is cozy and comfortable.

10/10 the best place that i’ve stayed at. this is the PERFECT spot. jacuzzi, privacy, peaceful, literally so BEAUTIFUL.

Carolina thought of everything! She’s got closets full of all sorts of things to enhance your stay. This wasn’t expected, but I thought it was such a thoughtful gesture. The sunroom in this cabin is EVERYTHING. We sat there every morning & evening to drink coffee (or cocktails) and take in the view. We sat in the hot tub every afternoon and once had elk walk right up to us!!! We absolutely adored this cabin and will definitely book it again when we’re in Estes.

Stunning views! Located so close to the national park that we did multiple day trips. Plenty of room for our whole group of 11 and the kids loved the loft upstairs! Hot tub on the deck was an added bonus. The house is close to many wonderful restaurants and shops.

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Kevin’s house was great for a large group. We all had the space we needed as did the dogs.

Our stay at Pat’s cabin was lovely! We stayed with our two kids (ages 12 & 15) for 6 days, and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped, and the hot tub was great. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. The cabin was exactly as it was listed. We enjoyed seeing the deer everyday in our yard. The games in the cabin were a fun bonus as well as the bikes, pool, and other amenities at the Murphy Resort. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

A stay at Anne's is like stepping back through different layers of time. The house itself is old, a true authentic miner's mountain cabin! It felt like a stay at Grandma's - cozy, quiet, and antique - yet with modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen for those seeking to cook. Most of our time was spent either outside in the beautiful and peaceful yard by the creek, or inside on the window bench seat. The bed was very comfortable too! We had two dogs with us, and they enjoyed it also. We tried out the hike nearby and it was perfect with how close it is to the cabin. To get a full understanding of what you are renting you should recognize this is not a commercial sanitized rental operated by a company! This is truly like staying at a grandparents cabin, with it's own quirks and charm. The previous reviews all do a good job describing the area and the house - windy roads, cyclists, nature, and all else that comes with a trip to the mountains of Boulder. We loved our stay!

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

We were so pleased with how well-stocked your place was with all the little details a traveler might need, from kitchen spices and sauces, to board games and good books. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it was amazingly quiet at night even though it's on a thoroughfare. It felt very private and peaceful. We will definitely book this spot every time we visit Fort Collins.

Excellent stay in a nicely redone and very clean craftsman cottage on a quiet tree-lined street. Easy to get to anywhere in Loveland. Two comfortable bedrooms, a good-sized kitchen, great laundry room … and a nice dining/living room area. There’s a train track behind the backyard, but the train only goes by in mid-morning and we honestly barely heard it. Super communications with Anthony.

We had a fantastic time staying at glorious cabin. My wife and I and both of our dogs stayed there for nearly two weeks. Both her and her husband were always very responsive to my messages when I asked for something, and we felt like we were part of their family. Their location is very peaceful and I found it very easy to get my work done as a remote worker. The internet was strong , which allowed me to take my meetings and get my work done. I felt safe and I felt my belongings were secure. We took full advantage of the outside kitchen.That's where we made nearly all of our meals. They have 2 dogs that were very friendly to us.And they were a joy to see every morning. Every morning the ducks would walk the property and that was fun to watch. Beautiful views. It was close to a farm stand as well which we drove too nearly every day to get some snacks. It was also less than 15 minutes from grocery stores and other things that I needed.

This is a comfortable cabin just a minute’s drive from Red Feather Village. Right off the main road north, but we found it to be quiet. Recommended for a weekend’s stay in the Lakes area.

We are thrilled to find this beautiful place right in our local neighborhood. Our condo is small and we plan to have many visitors so will definitely be booking stays at Yvette's for friends and family. Almost hesitant to recommend so highly for fear they will be all booked up.

The house and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful! The kids loved playing in the yard and the porch was perfect for the family to hang out on. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and cozy, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need.

The location was an extremely short drive to the National park, had an amazing view and had wildlife up close & nearby.

We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again! The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful also.

Great location! Stayed here with 2 couples (total). The place had everything you'd need to cook all your meals (which we did) and 2 bathrooms! Location was perfecttt-- close to so much hiking and restaurants and breweries and a short 30-40 min drive to Denver if you're interested. Would definitely recommend-- plus the vibes/decor were 100!

Loved staying here at this beautiful location and stay! It was family friendly with a playground and games/movies at the lobby to checkout for free. Minutes from RMNP! Highly suggest!

We had a stunning few days here. The cabin is cosy and comfortable, with a log fire, if you can manage to light it at altitude! The balcony was perfect for morning coffee accompanied by birdsong, evening star gazing and relaxing after a long day in the park.

Great place, very clean and close to everything. Check-in was very easy. We’d definitely stay again.

The house is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, yet convenient to CU Boulder. There were all amenities of home in the well stocked kitchen. The living spaces were nicely decorated. The rooms were comfortable and tidy. The backyard is an absolute gem, serene, beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Lisi was most responsive and gave precise instructions for our stay. I would happily stay here again.

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!
